When you purchase a package of 12×12 designer paper sometimes you get a sheet like this-
Mixed Media Florals dsp includes a set of 2 sheets just like this- it is beautiful but the question is HOW to use it? Chop it up is what I did.
I cut from the bottom to the middle at 5.25 and then again from the top down 5.25 -basically cutting out the middle. Then cutting every 4 inches across and up so I have a stack of 8 layers for the front of a card! I added a layer of coordinating card stock behind creating an 1/8″ matte.
Next is to choose a stamp set- and in this case I chose With you in Mind with the oversized greetings.
This is a really quick way to create a stack of cards to either bundle up and give as a gift or to keep in your emergency stash for those times you need a card quick like.
