Today’s card started with a piece of designer paper in black and white from the Celebrate Everything pack of dsp which is a hosting reward through the end of December. I was playing with coloring the trees, then I added some snow flakes from the Christmas Scottie stamp set. Once I had the paper colored the way I wanted I pulled out the Tree lot dies and die cut the full and detail elements for the 3 trees.
I cut a strip of Basic White card stock that I planned to layer the trees on and stamp a greeting onto as well. All the greeting that were sitting on my desk were to large/too long/not what I wanted- you know how that is. Anyway I pulled this from Inspired Thoughts which is in the annual catalog. Perfect!
I could embellish this with some sparkle but for now I will leave it as it is. Simple.
