Today’s seagull involved some fussy cutting but well worth it!
I started out masking a border – I happened to have 1 inch mint masking tape so this is what I used. I used a blending brush and Lost Lagoon ink to the inside edge. Add as much or as little as you like. The designer paper is Country Woods with some bakers twine wrapped around.

After fussy cutting this Friendly Seagull I just popped him up using some dimensionals.
