Hello hello,
Today’s card was fun to make. To create the ocean, I used the Gentle Waves background stamp with Misty Moonlight ink on Misty Moonlight card stock. For the sky I used Balmy Blue card stock and dragged the Basic White ink pad over it from both the right side then left and used a water painter to blend it out to create the high clouds. The greenery is from the Sale a Bration pick Island Vibes, I stamped it twice using Garden Green ink over Just Jade card stock, a bit of fussy cutting which I think is what makes this card pop!
I then used the flowers from Timeless Tropical (annual catalog) stamped those using Petal Pink on Basic White and added a little Wink of Stella. The greeting is from Seas the Day (Jan-June mini). When I created this card I used images from the annual, jan-june mini and Sale a Bration! you can see all of them in my online store.
Looking at this card I can almost feel the ocean breezes. Can you?
