Today I want to share this fun birthday card I made using the FREE Driving By Sale a Bration set. I also used a few other items including 3 water balloons. Yes those are real balloons. So fun!
I created the hills using a die from Inspiring Canopy dies, the “road” is a strip of dsp from the All Together bundle, and the Happy Birthday is from the Birthday Chick die set, oh and the clouds are from Tulip Fields.
I used a marker to add just the balloon portion of the image onto the Balmy Blue card stock, then used an exacto blade to delicately cut them out. I snipped the water balloons and glued them to the back of the openings. To fill them in a bit I used dimensionals cut to size. They don’t pop out as much as I like but when you touch them you know they are rubber.
