Today I pulled out my package of Celebrate Everything designer paper to create a trio of treat holders for Halloween. This paper is available as a reward for hosting -either by yourself or a group of friends, and has lots of patterns in the pack of 48 sheets to choose from! I colored all the pumpkins on this paper with a dark Pumpkin Pie blend before I started cutting.
This treat holder is just a 4.25×5.5 piece of dsp rolled into a “tube” and the long edge glued together. Next thing is to close one end then twist the tube so close the other end opposite from the first one. Of course you need to put some goodies in there too. I then used the Simply Scored tool to add some crimping to each end.
For this treat packaging (perfect for a gift card) I used the mini pocket envelope die. The ribbon tag was a fun touch and for that I also used the dark Pumpkin Pie blend to change the black and white ribbon into Black and Pumpkin.
My final package uses the Pretty Pillowbox die set. For the O’s in Boo I used small matte black dots.
I will be back again tomorrow with another project to share.
