Hello Stampers!
Today I am sharing a card using Amazing Silhouettes. This stamp set comes in a bundle with a set of dies with the words Thanks and You are Amazing. The dies are 2 step allowing you to use just the words or create a silhouette behind it.
The set includes a butterfly, a stem with leaves and this tree. I love this tree! And it is so easy, just add ink. Here I used Mossy Meadow ink, but you could just as easily use a variety of colors using stampin’ write markers, or use a technique like the baby wipe one – add ink drops of different colors to a baby wipe, which has now became your “ink pad” then ink up your stamp and stamp onto card stock. Every time you stamp with this technique it will be different.
The greeting for this card came from the stamp set Flowing Flowers- another set with amazing greetings using different fonts. I have purchased stamp sets just because I loved the sentiment and the font. I stamped the greeting on a label from Tasteful Label dies, and layered a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock behind it and added the Brushed Metallic dots from the holiday catalog and carrying over (thank goodness because I love these). The embossing folder is the time worn folder from the holiday mini (and carrying over as well).
