Hello Stampers,
I know I said no more ladybug cards but this is not a ladybug. It is a bumble bee! So sweet right? I saw a post in my instagram feed showing the making of the bumble bee using the lady bug punch and almost got up in the middle of the night to make it I was so excited to see this.
And it is so easy too! You will need some striped designer paper- here I used the Pattern Party that is a reward choice when you order $150 or more from my online store
You will punch out the body of the bee using the striped paper. *one trick here try and line up the base of the head with the open white space (colored daffodil delight) so that when you adhere the wings made of vellum the adhesive will not show up too. Color the stripes on the head with a Basic Black blend
I then used the 3d hive embossing folder for the background.
Finish it off with a few of the iridescent rhinestones and a greeting of your choice and you have such a sweet card.
I will be back again tomorrow with another card to share.
