I am so happy that Stampin’Up! added some Slimline products to the Jan-June mini catalog including envelopes. Today I am sharing a card I made using the Happy Birthday greeting from the Slim Sayings bundle, and coordinated it with the Wildflower Path stamp set and added a fun new shape in our embellishment line – pebble shaped! Fun right?
I also used a new embossing folder that fits the mini Stampin’ Cut and Emboss line of folders called Stripes and Splatters.
To create this card I cut my base card stock to 8.5 x 7.5 and scored it at 3.75 then based my layers on a combination of the base card front of and the Fluid water color paper cut in half lengthwise.
The layers are then –
Pool Party base card front 3.75×8.5
Basic White layer 3.5×8.25
Pear Pizzazz embossed layer 3×7.5
Fluid water color paper layer 2.5×7
